The aircraft has been stored indoors for much of its life and has no significant corrosion or hangar rash. Two large doors and a separate baggage door make loading easy. Most airframe spares are common with the C172 family and are easy to get. Just about every maintenance organisation is familiar with simple, robust and long lived Cessna airframes.
